Nā Moʻolelo Hawaiʻi

Join us for the first annual, Nā Mo’olelo Hawaiʻi, an exciting new community event that will support Heʻeia Fishpond and Paepae o He’eia. There will be something for everyone ~ high school visual storytelling competition, family mask-decorating, malama ‘āina booths, kids crafts and activities, and all kine stories (maybe some ghostly ones!) by Lopaka Kapanui, Moses Goods, and Keliko Hoe.

From 10 AM to 3 PM, join us in Windward Mall Center Court to decorate paper-mache masks. Each $15 mask kit includes one paper-mache mask, a box of 10 Classic Colored Markers, and a reserved table. Guests are encouraged to bring additional supplies (feathers, rhinestones, paint, etc.) to embellish their mask. Limited supply of mask kits available, so please make your reservations early
