Garlic & Ginger Festival

Windward Mall Farmers Market and Plenty of Aloha present the Garlic and Ginger festival, a celebration of the aromatic plants that we love in our cooking. Both garlic and ginger not only taste wonderful, they each possess natural health benefits when consumed.

The existing farmers market vendors inside Windward Mall will provide their usual offerings, but will also feature special garlic and/or ginger items as well.
The market will expand outside to the parking lot, where special vendors — some of whom are known in other parts of Oahu — will be popping up with their specialty garlic and/or ginger items.

Vendors include:

• Gingah Spread Man (ginger chicken sauce in a bottle)
• JMR Food Concepts
• The Corner Rolls specialty spring rolls;
• Asian Flavors
• Blue Truck Teppanyaki
• Local Poke Bowl
• Nosh (Brazilian cheese bread) and more.

  Live local music will be provided by Pono Kaeo.
