Windward Mall Trick-or-Treating

Go store-to-store instead of door-to-door during Windward Mall’s indoor Trick-or-Treat event this Halloween. Participating merchants will be giving out goodies from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.!*

Due to security concerns, only children 12 and under will be permitted to wear masks during the trick-or-treat event.  Masks are not permitted before or after trick-or-treating, and will not be permitted on adults.  Mahalo for your cooperation.

*Non-participating stores will have a sign in their window.
