Trick-or-Treating at Windward Mall

Go store-to-store instead of door-to-door during Windward Mall’s indoor Trick-or-Treat event this Halloween. Participating merchants will be giving out goodies from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.!*

Beware: Masks are only permitted on children 12 and under during the trick-or-treat event from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Masks are not permitted before or after and not permitted on adults. Mahalo!
